How do I cancel an order on Adwita – Bags, Jewels & Gifts?

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

Damaged Products

Received Defective/Broken product, it needs to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

NOTE: The replacement will only be initiated after our quality check process to make sure the product is in intact (not damaged or impaired in anyway; not used in anyway just like you received it.) condition. If the product fails the quality check process then no replacement will be initiated.

Exchange Policy 

The Exchange policy is applicable in case the replacement of a damaged product is not available.

In case of exchange, 20% Handling charges will be deducted from the order amount if a pick up is arranged. If the customer is ready to courier the product to the return address, then there will be no deduction and Product will be Exchange.

International Refund & Cancellation Policy

There is No Refund Policy for Our Products, Only Exchange available for same if product have any issue.
