Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Adwita, every product is handcrafted with the utmost care. We hope you love your purchase as much as we loved creating it. However, if you need to cancel or return your order, please review the policy below.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.

  • To cancel, please E-Mail us at Info@adwita.co with your order number.

  • After 24 hours, your order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

  • As our products are handcrafted and often made to order, we currently do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is received damaged or defective.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear video & photos and your order details at Info@adwita.co.

  • We will be reliable for exchange pick ups only in condition of damage product received happened in transit  after opening and notified within 48hours .
  • We dont accept returns. Only exchange is available notified within 5 days of product received. For that the product has to be couriered back to us. Once received and the product has reached us in a proper condition as sent . We will ship  a replacement  as discussed .
  • Upon verification, we will offer a replacement for the same.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional events

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. However, if your item is damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it with the same item or a store credit, depending on availability.

International Cancellation Policy

For our international customers, order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

After this window, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled, as they may already be in production or transit.

Please note:

  • We do not offer cancellations or refunds for delays caused by customs or international courier services.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Upon verification, we will issue a replacement.
